I am trying to time my ca's with my auto attacks is there a program that can give me like a tone for like say every 4 seconds, and calculates weapon delay and haste?does such a program exist?

Advanced Combat Tracker can be set up to do that.

It's also useful in that it lets you know if you're hitting at all.   On some mobs you can be out of melee range when you'd think you're in it... so very well worth running.    You can also attach a custom sound file to the ACT beep.

just google act eq2 double attack plugin.  Download it then from act go to plugins and choose browse and select the plugin.  By default it plays a windows beep everytime you auto attack.  In the plugin section you can choose the double attack tab and change the setting for the plugin.

I think that's exactly what you're asking for isn't it? When you hear the beep it means you took an auto attack swing, and you can now use a CA before the next beep. Do you want an actual timer with numbers? All you'd see is tenths of a second zip by.

well when i tried it there was no way i could time between like 4 seconds of auto attack then a couple cas then back to auto attacking, beeped way too fast for me. I use profit too and there is a timer on the clock but have no idea how to use that. What i am looking for is some sort of timer that beeps like every 4 seconds. That plugin was beating everytime i hit the mob. Am I making sense?

next time you're in game type /weapon that'll show you your actual delay with your weapons. That'll be the amount of time you have for CAs in between auto attack swings. Chances are you'll only have time for 1 or 2 CAs in between swings. What weapons are you using and how much haste do you have up usually? What is the actual delay reported by /weapon?

The problem is the weapons you are using. One is a 2.5s delay and the other is a 4.0s delay. No doubt ACT is beeping like mad on you. Try getting two weapons with the same delay if you plan to time you CA's. If not just spam away cause nothing is going to help.I would suggest getting your epic to made your doomcoil.

So you use..over...I think you have bigger issues then timing you CA's.Do yourself a favor and put the epic in your main and doomcoil in your offhand.

I use the rylesium over the epic cause of the damage per second on it, epic is ok but been noticing it is not exactly the best the whole concept of me having to be in front of the mob for anything really to proc on the weapon made me lose interest in the weapon quick. Although lately i have considered using it for a raid zone to see if it made any difference in my dps, maybe might try it again in pr tonight. i do around 2000-3500 without it

Although I don't have them, the Ryjesium Forged Knuckles is a slashing weapon (rare for brawlers) and can therefore have a riposte/parry adornment on them.

I think you have the Bruiser and Monk epic weapons confused. The Monk epic will proc from anywhere. Besides 4CRIT > 4DPS. Plus the damage spread on the epic is much better then Rylesuim.Epic + SoD is still one of the best DW combo you can use. Since you didn't list your SoD I suggest epic + doomcoil.

I could of sworn i read a update that nerfed the monk epic, forcing monks to also have to face the mob for the procs. I remember cause i was pist they nerfed my epic. Now that i have gone back in the history it was strikethrough that got the nerf bat so ya i guess i did confuse the two epics. SMILEY<img src=" />what is the SOD?I'll go back to my epic tonight and see if my dps changes much, I am nto a big fan of crit when i do the potions the tactics my dps goes down so i was go toward the str potions and my dps goes up. So not a real big fan of crit potions. Not like i can go down the int line cause none of my healers want to let me stay below 30% so I can get 115% crit heh
