I was told it started in the Field of Bone in Fens, but I ran the entire area with tracking up and couldn't find any npc's.  Unless it's a clicky?

Kunark is the zone - one was linked on Antonia Bayle - the description was odd though - it said usable for races only....   not sure exactly what that means.  I got no response from the linker.

So am I understanding that the only zone that anyone knows about to drop the new mounts is a Raid zone? If so how weak Sony!

There is a mount in Shard of Hate, however the mounts that were featured in the GU 44 preview are both obtainable through single group content.

I got one last night from the Queen in Chardok. I was in a PUG helping folks with epic updates and the scout and tank pretty much pooped a brick when I rolled on a warg that had +5 to all melee skills because it wasn't a "healer" mount. I figured, hey this is a 50% runspeed mount. It is not going to be used in dungeons or instances, and a ton of my DPS for soloing comes from crushing, which it helps. Why shouldn't I roll? Anyway, it set off a firestorm in 70-79 level chat that lasted forever.I don't think most people realize that while soling an inquisitor needs DPS gear more than heal procs or extra ministration. The new mounts will be used primarily to get one from point A to point B faster and to solo in outdoor zones. Not a "healer" mount? I am not even sure what that means.Anyway, when in a pickup group doing boss mobs in RoK, have this discussion prior to the loot drops.

I'll say congrats on the mount. I would say that an Inquisitor is a "Qualifying" class for the melee mount. Some people can't see past their own wants, or just complain about anything and everything. Don't sweat it, and enjoy your new ride. SMILEY

Grats for the mount. While I used to not need one when before I replaced my KoS fabled boots that had pathfinding, I would probably use one now.

Like the post above, people can't seem to remember that inquisitors, mystics, and wardens are melee priests especially when they want the same item themselves. It becomes a way to justify their own greed by conveniently not remembering that.

The group members should have at least apologized once they were corrected with something they probably already knew.

My theory is that they can drop off any mob in RoK but are about as rare as an exquisite dropping from that mob type. So you might get one off of a solo mob but it would be as much chance as you getting a solo mob to drop a master. That theory being backed up by the fact that they seem to drop in exquisite chests.
