The pic says (shows) it all...  Female toons on horse back in a dress...  Got Skin?  And yes, this pic is NOT editted.

Oh my oh my, I think I can see her pretty purple panties as well!  This is why my females wear pants - the dresses are pretty but I refuse to sell my toons off to local brothels.

Its a Glitch with Clothing animation on and mounts... not exactly new either

The interesting thing about that glitch is that it effects NPC's who wear dresses while YOU are on horse back.

Basicly the Willow Wood Banker(and other Dress Wearing NPCs) lift thier dresses to anyone on horseback.

Underwear has the same tint as the skin colur, blame lazy devlopers.
