No play button

I bought a new computer and of course, this includes Vista. After managing to find the work around for the download patcher (run as admin), I got the download completed (15 hours?!).Now, after I receive the "update complete" on the patcher, I have no play button. There is a highlighted "download" under where the play button should be, but when I click that...nothing happens.I've checked the site, even done a google on the problem. I tried the tip on deleting the "archtypes' folder from the Everquest2/LegendsofNorrath/Data/Archtypes. that didn't help. I deleted the whole folder (LoN) that didn't do anything.And I can't find any more tips on what to try. Everything is running as admin, ports are opened, firewalls dropped. Just no play button....Please help...I don't want to have to go back to WoW because I can't get EQ2 to play. SMILEY
