I was getting 30-35 fps on High settings in the wild and approx 20 fps in the city. It appears that I am now running at approx 50-60 fps in the wild and 25-30 fps in the towns - so pretty pleased so far!

![]() I installed it on vista ultimate 64 bit with 4 gigs of ram and 8800 gtx with 768 mb of vram. I am still getting application out of memory crashes when requesting over 2 gigs of ram like always. What might be new is that the game crashes to desktop whenever I zone now, and windows generates a report and asks me to send it off to microsoft. I never had this problem until vista sp1.

Nope - no noticable improvement except for the stupid SP prompt messege disapering from EQ2 pre-loader screen. With SP1 however under x64 expect to get a constant error appear on each boot in the event log stating that Kerborus could not initialize for server side authentication - event ID 15016 - this, according to M$ is expected if u installed SP1 as part of a workgroup and NOT in a domain ... they state that it is by design and to ignore it.

![]() Very small performance increase. Not very noticeable. I am also running Vista Home Premium 64 and not having any problems at all. Hardware conflict maybe? |
