Seriously, great job guys and gals. Those epic cloaks are, bar none, the best looking cloaks I have seen for any game, much less any MMO.If you haven't seen them, you can here (spoiler alert: It's cooler to see them the first time after you've earned them): http://eq2.eqtraders.com/articles/a...tr=060020260000

They really are very attractive cloaks.  Gratz to all the tradeskillers that earn them.

I saw a complaint or 2 about the provisioner cloak, and to be honest having seen the screen shots I was a little iffy about it. In game though, it's perfect.

Zoom in and you can see the detail of the cloak, and the extra touches like the sweat and dirt stains in the creases. I might be biased, since it's a troll in plate armour thats wearing it, but it looks like a cloak a hard working cook would have. You almost see the sweat dripping off the end of his nose to give the cabbage stew that extra little flavour. SMILEY

In conclusion, an excellent job. I can't wait to get the weaponsmith one.

The weaonsmith cloak is hideous. Finished the quest and haven't even gone to retrieve it. I probably will someday when I am in the area. Maybe it will vendor well. If not I'll just melt it.

I'm really fond of the Alchemist cloak.. As an plate wearing Armorer however, i'm not sure that i'm too fond of how overly-shiny my epic cloak is...

I think the adventure class and how you dress him or her will have an effect on how you feel about your TS cloak. As previously stated I love the grubby provisioners cloak on my troll SK, and I'm looking forward to the WS cloak for my bruiser (who is showing the rhino hide status armour from FP). On the other hand, assuming he ever gets that high, I'm not sure the jeweler cloak will fit the style of my brigand, who I keep in dark dull armour.

The provisioner cloak makes me cry.. I was in love until I saw a spoon on the back. SMILEY

My prov. is a Knight for crying out loud, not some sissy full-time chef!

But they are still VERY beautiful.

As it turns out, that spoon is very appropriate for a Knight. Just the other day, in an attempt to spawn the Black Reaver in CoM, the SK I was with pulled out ... a giant spoon!!

Didn't spawn the reaver (we got him on the next cycle) but it was very, um, dangerous looking. SMILEY

I should have found out where it came from.

Yeah these cloaks did turn out awesome.

SOE needs to take whomever designed these cloaks and have him/her re-vamp the VP dropped cloaks, or T8 raid cloaks in general....they are horrible.

Personally, I am in love with the Alchemist cloak!  Just behind that for me is the Armorsmith cloak.  Both are very nice cloaks in my opinion.

I am in LOVE with my alchemist cloak!

I normally hide my cloak because .. lets face it .. the cloaks in game are rather less than "par".

But, I am loving all the cloaks for the TS "Epic" Cloaks!   A little confused on a couple but .. meh .. still enjoy the visual aspect.

Only, 1 problem for me  .. My Provisioner's Cloak makes my Provo wish she were a Jeweler!!**.

** (My provo is a Dark Elf with a "thing" for Purple and the Orange/Red colors clash horribly with her current outfit!)

Yes but the cloak will cover up your "I brake for roots" bumper sticker SMILEY

Have to say I dislike the tailor cape. It got shoved into my apartment vault. That said I think most of the capes look hokey. I cringe when I see anyone showing them. So my opinion probably doesn't count.

I disagree and also would like to hear your definition of hokey? does it involve the pokey?

I like Jeweler the best, with armorsmith next with those plates.  Tailor is last ick.  Being an Alchemist mine isn't bad, though not giving up Norrath cloak that saves me in a fall hehe.
