Class Armor Sets

I know there are several armor sets starting at lvl 67 etc... could someone post a list of the locations where each item piece drops etc ?

Hat/Chest: UnrestArms: (tradeable) Butler in MMCBracers: Crypt of ValdoonGloves: (tradeable) Kaladim ring eventLeggings: Sage in CMMBoots: Obelisk of Blight

Pants are also tradeable and the shoulders can also drop from Seneschal and Veingore in the same zone.
