Running around last night doing one of the cataloging quests when I came upon a stealthed Swashie. I immeadiately engaged since it was the first time I had come across a blue con Q 1v1. This char proceeded to run around in circles and was essentially hovering over the ground. I couldn't stop him no matter how hard I tried. He would hover in a big circle run into a corner and let me whack him a couple of time and then run away at light speed.I realize how the run speed could be attained, but how are scout classes able to hover? It was like it was some kind of slow jump ability? Also anyone have any suggestions on how I could have rooted him and killed him with an SK. My knockdowns/stuns didn't work. Is there some kind of -% opponent run speed adornment I should be using?

I don't think it was lag because all of his movements were smooth and there were no hiccups when he was on the ground running (no lag position miscalculation hiccups). When I finally gave up he stood in front of me and jumped straight into the air without moving and the jump animation played out really really slowly. I've had people jump in PvP before and have never seen that. |
