ok im think of getting the new RoK expansion pack soon (and i already have all the others) and i have 2 hardrives. But i only have 7.5 gig left on my C: drive. However my D: drive has about 120 gig on it SMILEY but since my Everquest 2 is installed on the C drive i dont think that will leave me with much space to install the new expansion and run it smoothly.

So i was wondering if when i get it, (and i always buy the downloadable exp. packs rather than retail box) i could install it on my D drive which obviously has tonnes more space on it - and Everquest will still recognise it properly?

I'v already uninstalled everything i possibly can on the C drive to make room (its only a 40 gig capacity hardrive) Theres pretty much only Everquest on there and all the Windows files.

So basically, im asking, can i install the new epxansion onto a different hardrive? (in same pc of course)

I hope this makes sense and someone can help me SMILEY

Why don't you 'copy' the game folder from the 'C' to the 'D' drive, then update to the bigger drive?I'm pretty sure this is a workable solution - take a 2nd opinion though SMILEY

Yes, just copy the entire EQ2 directory to your bigger had drive and drag a new shortcut to your desktop (from the directory).
