4 Years Vet Rewards, 1465 Days but no reward. When do I get them? - Page 2

Just wondering what the actual number is for the 4 year reward. Before someone gets crazy I know that the math says 1460 days, but, I have guildmates who say that theirs were in their claim after 1456 days played. I however now show 1463 days played and do not show my four year veteran reward. Is there a rhyme or reason to these?

I, too, am missing my 4 year reward. I filed a petition in-game, and the GM response was that they are aware of an issue where some accounts are not getting flagged for rewards they should get (I'm also missing Vodka and Cake). He said they are working on figuring it out, but if my account still does not show the rewards tomorrow then I should file a new petition or reply to my original. This exchange took place over the weekend.Right now the EQ2 folks have a whole lot on their plate. They said they were working all weekend to try to fix zoning and broker lag, plus I'm sure there's plenty more issues. I say just file a petition so they know your account is one of those missing items and wait. I trust them that we all will receive what we should eventually, but if I were a betting man I'd say I'm still going to need to file a new petition tomorrow; there is just too much going on with the game for me to really expect a quick resolution to such a minor problem.

Petitioned this and got a response (similar to the one already posted) but it was indicated that this bug should be resolved in Tuesday morning's hotfix.

I'm not sure about the cake but...

We are planning to hotfix out a fix for the people affected who were due to receive their 4 year vet reward and haven't been able to do so tomorrow (Tuesday) morning (baring of course any unforseen events, setbacks, massive forest fires ect.)

I have 1100 days and have not gotten my 3 year reward yet either.Not sure what is going on but 365x3 should be 1095 so I should be eligible? No?365x4 is 1460..........no?But their math is fuzzy so Im not sure

Yep, I got the very same email... so I've spent the morning actually searching for the correct thread about this topic. You know, the one that has official info in it. Oddly, this morning I logged on before the patch and checked /claim and I had a bunch of stuff I'm not supposed to have such as the monkey and the clockwork copter thing. No biggy there, I'll take them if they want to give them to me, but I really do want my Billy SMILEY

I heard tell that this is a bug currently, and that SOE is aware of it. No idea when/if they are going to fix it, but I believe it's a bug.

As instructed I updated my petition when my rewards did not show up Tuesday. A GM got back to me very quickly and explained that the hotfix for this issue was pushed back, and that we should expect it on Thursday of this week.We'll see if that holds true, but it's better than hearing nothing at all.

Just to update, we checked the logs and it appears to be fixed for everyone that was broken. If you have logged in since this morning's hotfix and you are still unable to claim your 4 year veteran reward, but should be able to, please send me a PM.

yay the fix , fixed it !! Im [Removed for Content] I was given wrong information from calling them and you guys were given the correct info from an ingame petition , not sure what happened there but the outcome was a great one, thanks sony !!!
