Bertoxxolus Diety Quest line.

I am on the last part of the Bert Diety quest line and a bit lost. Quest tells me to "Find a way to spread the fermeting agent across Riliss". NO CLUE. Eq2.wikia not have anything either...info on this quest "The Plaguebriger Cometh" was put there by me. Anyone fiish it and care to share? Thanks!
