ROK Install

I currently have EOF installed which was the retail package and contained everything. Now with ROK coming soon, do I uninstall the EOF and install ROK?

Does anyone know at what point we will be able to start downloading the ROK content if we do the digital download? Is it 12:01 am? 5 am when the downtime starts? 9pm when the downtime finishes?

Downloading the expansion files will probably start somewhere in between 5 AM and 1 PM Pacific, unless they decide to push the art and music files earlier (those generally don't change all that often.) Before that would create problems with server/client versions not matching and potentially creating a world-wide panic. SMILEY

First time I've bought Digital Download. Does it just download from the game launcher or is there a link on the Station somewhere to download just the RoK expansion ?

With the digital download, your account is flagged automatically for the expansion (as long as you were logged in to the Station Name you intended to use it on), and when the files go live, they we automatically be downloaded by the Launchpad. Unlike EQ1, where you have to be flagged for the expansion to get the files, with EQ2, if you don't have the expansion, you won't be permitted to zone into an invalid expansion zone, or worse, the game will try to zone you, crash and will require GM intervention to walk your character out.

i have pre ordered the expansion a few days ago but i have received no email with activation code or anything just one saying it was pre ordered

also on my accounts page it says nothing of buying rise of kunark anyone else having this?
