Hey folks.I've been playing EQ2 for years now and my equipment has changed several times as well. I've always ran the game in a dual screen setup. When the EQ2 monitor was 4:3, I was able to run EQ2 windowed and borderless (meaning no annoying white borders around the game) while still being able to just move the mouse-pointer out of the window at will and onto the other monitor. This was only possible at true 4:3 resolutions, like 1024*768 and 1280*960 (note that the often used 1280*1024 is NOT a true 4:3 resolution and distorts the image on most monitors, also this 1280*1024 resolution gives me the white borders around the EQ2 window). Now I've bought myself a nifty new 1920*1200 lcd and Everquest looks just great on it. But... I can't get it to go windowed without seeing the borders of the window like I could with the 4:3 resolutions. When I maximize the EQ2 window, I get the honking big windows bar on top of it, with the close icons and such. When I double click the bar, I get a white bar on the bottom and a white bar on the top, but I don't have manouvering room to spread the window out over the screen. Is this a bit too obscure or does somebody have a tip?

I haven't seen the borderless windowed mode that you mention but after looking in the eq2_recent.ini file you might want to try some of these commandscl_maximized true/falsecl_screenwidth_windowed
