The Pawn ... still dropping in RE?

Ive been scouring the whole of Runnyeye in search of the quest starter drop "The Pawn", spending many hours killing tons of mobs. Has anyone had this drop for them recently? I cant even tell if the other quest starters are dropping in RE since this is the only one Im missing. Would really appreciate it if anyone who has had this drop could state when and if possible the mob that dropped it.
