pvp merchant anywhere else other than Freeport or Qeynos?

I was wondering if there was a pvp merchant anywhere else other than Freeport or Qeynos. My Fae is from Kelethin and I was wondering if there was one there?

Yes, both Kelethin and Neriak has pvp items but they are the same exact items provided by the pvp merchants in Qeynos and Freeport.

I only go onto the first 2 platforms to bank/broker so if you wanted a description i'd have to say "They're on one of the platforms next to a big tree". (I found them when i was lost)
