Hello,Due to RL issues and a new job, I had to cancel my account. I have not played in a little over a year and would like to come back. I tried to search on eq2players for my main character (and other characters) but I could not find her. I had spent ALOT of time on my main character (raiding, epic quests) so if she got deleted, I don't think I will come back.Is there any way for me to check if my characters got deleted before I re-subscribe?Thanks for your time,Zhilena

I have just logged in after a time off, and my characters are missing too.  Best thing to do in either call support, or submit a ticket.

I just got back from a 18 month tour in iraq.  I could not find my characters either but when I actually logged into the account they were still sitting there along with 3 year vetern rewards

To the OP - try www.eq2players.com and search for your characters

For the other ones

1. make sure you are in the correct region - Upper right hand corner of the EULA screen, US or Europe

2. do not go by the drop down box on the play screen, select play and go into the the game, this drop down box is not populated until you enter the game

Would be willing to bet this is why your characters are missing, there was a purge of characters back during the server merger's but they where mainly low levels with no gold and not played in x amount of time
