Considering its only 9 pts of dmg at level 70, I'm thinking it doesn't scale up.

At level 70, I see 10 points of damage, with crits of 17. This was tested with my illusionist having the cloak effect and my necro whacking away at him with a dagger during a duel.

Definately a fluff item, but man the skeleton illusion is sooooOOOoOooOooooo worth it.

Funny, I've not seen it doing anything at all.

Seems to be doing 9 points of damage for me on my level 60 troubie with around 250ish int.It also seems to be breaking mezz though...  Like if you're fighting 2 mobs and have the first mezzed, then the other one hits you and triggers the damage shield, and the mezzed mob now isn't mezzed any more.  Could be other stuff on my troubie that is breaking it though, so not sure if it really is the damage shield.  I'm a little too busy trying to stay alive to notice everything going on, but anyone else noticed anything similar with the mezzed mobs breaking without any apparent reason while in that illusion form?*ponder*

also, Lenefir if you check the test forum, might be this one, it is your self buff you have that is causing it to break mez.

Now why would they take this to the LoN item for a EQ2 INGAME item? Now if they were talking about the card game I would understand, but they are talking about an actually ingame item. Now to be on topic. I notice on my level 42 Necro, the DS on the Ice Form (Blue ice skelly) hits for about 4-7 damage.

My apologies, I did not realize that LoN introduced in game items other than card drops. Not having or planning to get involved with the card games.

Sorry for the misunderstanding.

I tested this by dueling my 70 illy and 70 necro. The illy has the cloak, and the necro had a weapon.

On the illy, there were no messages on any of his chat windows that showed how much damage the DS was inflicting.

On the necro, within the combat chat window, she kept getting hit for 10 with an occasional crit of 17.

I let this go on for a few minutes and the necro was getting killed while the illy just sat there at 100% health.

I suggested they change the item description on the looted EQ2 starter deck items, and they locked that thread.
