To speak as a dragon... need help

I'm to the last rune in the glass room.. ( nak rune.... the one that is suppose to be on the floor..) am i missing it? went all over the room looking can not find it... please someone help''

its on one of the tables in the corner of the room, or if you do mean on on the floor its out in the room before the glass room near the table.
