HELP ME!!! SOE

Ok this is what is going on. I have a 70 Paladin and a 44 Wizzy. Before SOE done the roll back my toons was just fine but now my 70 Paladin is now my 44 Wizzy. This has been going on seen 9/06/2007. The GM's has not done any thing what i can tell be sides send me a email saying that she cannt do any thing has to escalat your issue to our senior GMs. That email was sent out on 10/13/2007. All my things on my Paladin is gone, all my things on my wizzy is now on my paladin. My plat is gone to, all my bags on my paladin is gone to. Yes same say make up a new toon but i dont have the time to. It took me 2y to get my paladin up to 70 because i dont have that much time on my hands iam in school full time and work full time and have full time family. And i have worked to hard on my paladin,befor the roll back spent over 30plat on new armor. Here are some screen shots of my paladin just look and you will see what i am going on about. Ouch... Im suprised they have not done anything... that is pretty game breaking.

In all seriousness, have you:

* tried looking up your toon on EQ2Players? does it list it wrong there?

* Tried reinstalling the game from scratch without the custom UI ?

Yea i took off my custom UI. It should be on EQ2 players as Igia.

Someone else had a very similar issue after the rollback, where their chars were jumbled. They recieved no help.

Edit: sorry, recommended you escalate to senior GM, as that person did get help that way, just saw that you had already done that.

well i know that this really sucks and i feel for u but look at the bright side you have a wiz wearing lvl 70 plate armor thats petty cool im really sorry
