Axe From the Past combining/repairing issue

I am stuck on the part of the quest where you need to "repair" the axe. I scribed the recipe, but see it nowhere in my book. I read at a couple sites that I need a severed ash, granite, sparkling flower, the axe and dark brown coal. I have all those items but nothing happens while I'm at the forge. What am I doing wrong, if anything? Thanks.

I believe it is a lvl 9 recipe, check there

thank you. I found it, it was named differently than the quest info. Odd, the sites I read said that it doesn't show in the recipe book. Anyway, thanks again.
