Broken Writ quest: Aviak Elemental Spells

T7 writ given by Savant Ka'im in the Academy of Arcane Science in NFP. The quest is to kill x number of Blacktalon summoners in PoA. Alakazam and eq2i had no info on this quest, and I think after the update where you no longer need most of the nameds for Claymore updates this quest broke. I have spent a lot of time in the zone and I'm fairly familiar with it, I looked all over the zone, and pulled out my printed Prima map book. It shows these mobs in the room with the wall up next to the hatchery, they used to be grouped with the fireball mobs, but now they are not summoners, it's the PH for the claymore named in that room, they are all assistants or something.

I was doing it for quest count, and I did delete it and try to get it again after that LU hoping it would give a different mob but it hasn't.

I have the same issue with the level 70 quest "Fire and Feathers" which is the comparable Qeynos-based writ given by the mage guild. It would appear that during Game Update 37 the Blacktalon summoners in Palace of Awakening were replaced with some other mob. I cleared the room twice hoping that they would spawn but they did not.

Hopefully someone from SOE will have an opportunity to look into adjusting these writs and either place these mobs elsewhere or alter the writ to another mob.
