This is the sig set I'm working on for my friend

I still want to make more for the rest of his toons.

Here is his first sig I made

I look at it and think eh... I could do better.

However, I really wanted to make each toon its own sig and then make it info a gif file and rotate them.. this turned out crappy.. the gif is very low quality and not worth it.

I'm not sure what to do because I am pretty sure he won't want to use the 'refresh a page and see a dif sig' thing, because he wants people to see all his toons.

I am really happy with the new sigs, but I don't think he will use them if the only way to have them is with the dynamic sig thing. Any advice?

Good looking sigs! You can rotate them by putting them into flash and coding it. I did this once and the file size was really small and looked great - a little more work, especially if you don't know code (i am not the codiest girl).

All I got to say is, "It's about [Removed for Content] time!" Welcome to the siggy forums, girl! Those are gorgeous!

Any tips? Its usually too annoying to try to change already finished sigs because of my merging and layers and edits and etc- but any advice/tips I get will help me out next time i make a sig. so any comments?

below was his first version, 1 he didnt like his armor and 2 (he didnt say anything about it though) i know i effed up his toons face, looks cartoony and weird

and here is his toon before and after my edits

Would really appreciate some toon editing tips/constructive criticism also..

I'm not sure that we could give you any. You did a gorgeous job on his face. The only thing I could possibly suggest is dodging his hair and beard a bit for shine, but he looks so fantastic, not even that is really needed.

I think it looks great!!

The only suggestion I could even think about giving is to maybe use a smudge brush to soften the hair up.  One of my biggest beefs (ok, maybe my only beef) with the graphics in this game are the Mr.-Potatohead-esque hairstyles on some models.  A series of small perpendicular smudges around the edges does a lot to break up the blockiness and make it look like actual hair.  SMILEY

I love the colors.  Metallics seem to be really catching my eye lately.  Ooh, shiny...  *scampers off*
