It was good to see ya Calthine, after registration when I was looking around for any familiar faces (mind blanked out on faces after the 2005 fan faire it seemed.
 ) Had a blast myself and got a few pics. Including this one:  Rest of the pics are on my flickr, mainly my EQ Guildmates and a few panels, and me and mom visiting Vegas in general. Most of my notes are scattered on various other boards as well.

Oh, wow, someone got pictures of me NOT in the pool... That's Scott Hartsman, myself, Ke`la, and my husband Sutures Woundmender (now apparently known as "Mr. Calthine"
 just visible behind Ke'la's back. From my shirt, that's the first official day of Fan Faire.

LOL yeah, you caught me as I was walking throuhg the registration crowds in a bit of a daze looking for people. We talked a little (mainly me listening.

Man I was so looking for Winter and Kiana but was not able to find either of you. Especialy you Kiana since you ARE on my server. Why were you not sitting at the Nektulos table!! Then again, I was at one of the Antonia Bayle ones with my wife *cough*. I did so much running around it was nuts. I did get to see how much a hottie Loolee is, growl!. I did get to meet like 6 people from Nek. Made great friends with 2 from Unrest and one from Guk who are now on my friends list. Amazing people, to bad they play on them OTHER servers. :> Most folks I met were not willing to get their pictures taken. which is understandable. Some are just shy. And then there is me...who does not care. I have some pics, but I will post them soon. I to look through them since my wife does not want hers posted. The rest are all open season.

I was one of the "Freeps" that assisted with the throwing. Unfortunately, I was also the one that was pulled in lol. I had a great time. The main reason we Freeps behaved ourselves was because there were so many Qeynosians around and we didn't have much of a choice -Thrack |

The weekend is -still- a blur
not 'cause of drink (well, okay, Friday nite's blur was drink enhanced) but from the soooo much happening my brain is still trying to absorb and catch up. I met lots and lots of people, hugged lots and lots of people. I'm now catching up on some of the names and backtracking to add them to the faces. (in my brain today.. 'oh -that- person! Yes yes love the posties of that person just didn't alway make explicit note of the nick in the post.. bad Jacki). I did, too, miss out on meeting some folk who were there that I jsut simply didn't run into in the masses upon masses upon masses of people. Wow! it was crowded this year. The wedding was lovely. At our table, it was sooo sweet, one of my guildmate's was dabbing his wife's eyes trying not to let the Barbarian woad leak all over. She was the one in the blue status clothing with the Legion of the White Rose cloak. He had free-hand drawn the woad markings earlier that evening and they both didn't want it utterly mussed. But it was the intimacy and tenderness of him dabbing her eyes that was so.. touching. Oh.. and after he'd been rather wishy-washing and half reluctant about going this year, my boyfriend has been talking about what he wants to do for next year's Fan Faire Oh... and who's silly idea was it to have a gathering of computer gamers in the desert in August? The heat was horrible

it wouldnt have matter for the weather... the whole country has been in a heat wave this week and last week too. in fact the vegas weather was prefered to what was waiting for me in chicago.
