Can't get in

Got a big problem here that I can't figure out and need some help please. When I log into EQ it runs through the patcher and then I click PLAY and get this message.

EQ2 has detected an unrecoverable error and must shutdown. D:testeq2frameworkcoredevicessrcvDirect X Render.ccp(1022) Device Failed to create D3D device for Nvidia GeForce 8800 GTX

I have not seen this problem before and am at a lose as to what to do. Please help, thank you

Common reasons why this occurs are: DirectX is not updated Video Card drivers are not updated Try upgrading DirectX: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...;displaylang=en Try upgrading your Video Card drivers to the latest version (if they are not already): http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp

Ok , I reinstalled Direct X 9.0c and installed the lastest NVidia driver and still can't get in and receive the same error message.

What else can I try ?
