Potion Names

I am grinding an alchemist up to help my guild and supply my Wizard but I am very much confused on the naming of these potions? I understand with each level we get new names - but can someone tell me the naming convention? Are the names the exact same at each level? I guess what I am really looking for is something like this, that was made for provisioner's. Thanks!
