SK race?

Trying to decide on a race for my SK. It is down to human, dark elf or erudite. Any pros/cons to any of them? Or does race really not matter in this game? Pick something you don't mind staring at. SMILEY

Yeah. The standard reply that most say to this is at the end game the race won't matter because gear will get your stats to wherever you want them to be.

For a Shadowknight you need Int. So you could start the way with an Erudite. But problem with that is they don't start with much Strength. So walking around in all that plate could be troublesome. But with a few levels under your belt you can get the equipment to get your strength up. Int gear is a bit harder to find in plate though and that is why I suggest an Erudite who start with high Int. By end game it won't really matter what race start with though. So choose what backside you can stare at for 70+ levels or choose because of racial traditions.

QFE ...no class LOOKs better than the Dark Elf SOGA model for a SK. I mean from a role-playing standpoint its perfect ...a little too perfect if you ask me :p

The helmets were exactly what I was talking about lol, the oversizing seems more blatant on Dark Elf males than any other race.. apart from maybe gnomes. It's even worse if you're not wearing the SK helm and you're wearing something with the Vanguard graphic.

Erm .. Beldarana was a character that was created to play only with a fixed group. At that time i had no idea what class else i should try and SK was most fun for me, so i decided to make also an SK for that group, however a Wood Elf. When Shalla finally had her 100 AAs complete i switched more to play Beldarana and so also tried to gear her up with the best stuff i could get SMILEY

Too sad however that the group-project died somewhere at the beginning of PoA for Claymore-Line, i still would like to get some of the jewlery from there, on the other hand .. i can't get myself to run 100 times trough PoA again SMILEY
