class speed

I have a lvl 42 wiz and i can usually fight prety good on single monsters but on most mobs i have a hard time its not that im not strong enough( i think) its that im not fast enough at casting on account of the spells i use is there a way to increase my sped on wat spells i do use .Any hellp would b appreciated ty SMILEY
