Hi. I just want to tell you that they fixed the issue with the wolf stuck in a constant bark loop. They also added new sounds so that you can actually hear your paws on the ground while walking/running.

Aren't Wolves supposed to be stealthy?  Do we WANT to hear our paws on the ground?   hm.

I'd rather have a smaller wolf form model. Sleek, fast and furious.

I hide illusion because I don't like wolf form. Its too big and boring. I remember being excited about it in EQ1 but after a while I stopped using it regularly as even the stats weren't worth it to me. Beside I like watching myself cast my Solar Flame! Its one of my favorite spell animations... the wolf just stands there. "Hi I'm a wolf. Yap yap. Did you see that? I just nuked you. Snarl!" SMILEY

I like the look of the wolf form over my mixed armor appearance.  The barking has been annoying.

Unfortunately one of the things I also like about wolf form is that it is silent running - no clipity clapity of a horse which annoys me - don't think I am going to like the pitter patter of paws either.

Wish they just got rid of the bark loop, make it where you can jump while stationary (rather than howling) and leave it as silent running.

I'd rather have the wolf form change colors as you gain levels. (Like in EQ1) I miss my black wolf form. =(

The pitter patter is barely noticeable, dont worry SMILEY   @ Chayna True the solar flame animation is nice. If you think the wolf is boring just melee, bite your mobs, not boring at all. Honestly what do you except the wolf to do while casting? I think it would look VERY stupid if he would make the usual cast animations SMILEY

Thanks for the input from the test server.  Certainly if it is subtle (unlike horses) it probably will be a nice effect.
