First, let me say HUZZAH and that I am totally, majorly excited that there's finally a moving service SMILEY

LONNNG ago, when my guild was much lower level than it is now, I purchased a 3 room house, and turned it into as much of a "Guild House" as game functionality will let me.

I've considered moving to a bigger house for some time now, but two things have prevented me: 1)  Moving would be a royal pain in the butt.  This is fixed now - YAY! 2)  Not all items in the house are MINE.  Most importantly, I only personally own two or three of the full set of tradeskill stations that we're outfitted with.

Will items I don't own - though they reside in my house - move with me when I switch houses?  Please say yes!! SMILEY

Any items that you didn't place in your house would be mailed back to their respective owners.  Your access list will transfer in the move, so if they have access to your old house then they should automagically have access to your new house.  They could then come back in and place the item again.

Hey, while you're making housing changes, could I request one TEEEENY enhancement?

Let us assign Friend access to "guild" SMILEY

I know there MIGHT be official guild housing someday, but for now, it'd sure be nice...

Wow -- this is a really, really good thing to be getting in game.  Like many I think, I have held off moving because of the chore of figuring out how to get all the items moved (bank, alts, friends, etc.) Much appreciated! SMILEY

Hmmm... I might have to finally get that three-room house I've been thinkin' about after this update.

Forget mailbox full, how about mailbox nonexistant?

Such as a couple toons that I did some collection quests on for status reduction items.. then deleted when I no longer wanted to play them. What happens to those wonderful, make-my-manor-affordable items if I opt to move to another city for some reason if the toon is long gone?

I  concur with that Akarn2 says.. what about those items that we have that are either for a alt of ours that no longer exists or even worse what if from a friend that no longer plays ( perhaps inactive acct)

Also, my questions:

How will multi lore items be handled? I have a toon that has bought many city merchant items for her house, and she has made many many trips back to get them.. will they just poof ?

Also what about house items that are collections that I bought from another toon? Will they poof back to their original owner?

I responded to this problem in a different thread: http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...68&#4085494

You can store stuff in broker slots with no price and unlisted.  I use half my main's slots for storage.

I found the easiest way to move from my three room to the 5 (7) room in SQ was to make all my chars trustees of the old place.  Put boxes in house vault and used that and vendor slots to load up all the funiture.  When old 3 room apartment was empty, I made sure my trustees each  had one of the little rooms just to make sure they could sill access the vault and board.  Then my main dropped the 3 rooms and bought the manor.  She made everyone a trustee (including some friends toons that volunteered for the move) and I took turns with alts unloading their vendor and broker slots.

Is there new housing availabile in LU 35?  I'd love to be able to have good and evil in the same town able to buy stuff.  Will there be new furnishings available in the future?  Will they be too scale or will we be swimming in the too big bird bath and squeezing into the too small beds?
