Good Leather Armor under level 40?

I am looking for good leather armor that gives good mods (int/wis) for a fury...but am not finding any. Not even at the broker.

Do they exist?

There's a great leather armor set from Overlord Marrowthroat in Steamfont. If I'm remembering it correctly it's called Dark Reflection - there's definitely a thread about it on this board. I loved my set and wore it for a long time. Happy hunting!

Figured you might as well have my pix for the other option.

Nice thing about this set is that it IS easy to farm. He pops like @ 45 mins. He's like a lvl 35-36 Heroic mob. Can be pulled solo if you're careful.

The other option I haven't transferred to a Reference Card is the "old" Emerald Hide Armor you get for doing the Quests in Zek (Hammerfel, If I remember right). That's level 30(+) and the quests are solo-ish .. nice way to start off in T4 and work your way up to one of the other options in this thread ..
