Actually, the longer I look at it, looks like something in World of Warcraft. A buddy of mine that plays WOW has one similar. Must be that cartoonish factor about it.

Its not creative if they didn't create it...thats a rip off from WoW or LOTR.... Creative would be something along the lines of giant ridable cockroaches or crabs or scorpions...Wolves have been done..nothing creative about it...

did you not see the LOTR pictures, everyone thats seen those movies knows its a LOTR rip off if not just a D&D rip off, ofcourse ever fantasy thing is a rip off of those sooo... my god. that WoW wolf is not even a Warg its a wolf it looks nothing like the EQ2 mount which looks like a Warg understand? AND the EQ2 Warg. All they did was make well... a Warg... no need to reinvent the wheel when you are making a warg mount...or reinvent the warg as it is.

Can use say Tolkinaliscious. EVERYTHING in WoW is a ripoff of something else heck, if there where not simalarities in Fantacy MMOs then there would be no suchthing as a Fantacy MMO.

WoW has Dwarfs, Elf, Gnomes, Trolls, Orcs, Humans all of wich are rip-off of EQ1... or maybe its that those are all creatures in Fantacy AS are Wargs and just like Wargs there is a Specific look to them and some basic simalarities between them.

That sorta looks like a beat from the eq1 game. Cant place the name though but I know ive seen it from somewhere. And it wasn't wow because Ive never played it.

SoE had a zone they intended on adding a quest (series?) that rewards the player a mount. This zone is full of warewolves, wargs, wolves and the like, so, naturally, specifically so SoE were not accused of ripping off WoW (the single most un-origonal MMO I have seen, just fyi) they should have not made a warg mount, nor a wolf mount, but rather a fluffy pink bunny rabbit, with long floppy baby blue ears, that has a bright green glow in its eyes, sings happy happy songs and farts rainbows in many diffrent shades of grey. you hit it on the head! i want my [Removed for Content] bunny mount with glowing eyes and the magical farts. i wonder what song it would sing though. maybe you should create a new skill for us that as we increased it we could teach our bunny new songs! go devs! getting working, this needs to be implemented by LU 35 before WoW beats you to it. Honestly I would switch to WoW if I could ride a bunny there.

As sad as that makes me your prob right, but then the mount should be free casue the carpet is free, and atm with the mount reversal speed faster on carpet will prob be faster then this wolf mount, i belive the carpet is at a slight edge. I will do the quest casue lets face it at lvl 70 not many quest options left for AA. Looks like they should tweak guild rewards then casue if the only reward for 60 is a name and a 2% extra run speed< not sure if thats teh difference between 50 and 60 guild lvl> then you dont realy get much for grinding out writs.

Nice, cool looking mount. But 40 percent runspeed ? bump up the speed or it will sit in our bags or bank after the cool factor is gone. Like the carpet, the "overclocked cloud" or the hover platform. neat but not usefull because the horse is faster. Make them hard to get, np. but please make them usefull or don't make them.

My dog reaches 200+ zone-wide DPS on a good day SMILEY

Huge love to the devs for finally putting in an animal mount that isn't a horse. I'm kind of pleased that it won't be the new "best thing", too, so all the powergamers will still be running around on their boring old horses and those of us who prefer wargs can be a little more unique.

I am glad that the one any old chump can get is only 40%. I am disappointed there isn't one that requires GL60 and some SP that rivals the GL60 horses. Looks like I'll still be riding a horse for a while.

I really hate the carpet, but I can't just throw 10pp at a mount that is the same speed. My guild is 58 and I still have the carpet cause I cant afford 17pp . Not everyone ingame is rich. Make it faster than a free mount and it becomes worth buying.

nah 48% is the fastest non-guild reward mount you can get, unless the djinn ring for mages is faster, i forget

The djinn carpet you're talking about is 52%, just examined one of those the other day.
