Ok I have about had it im getting extremely pist off about eq. Here is my issues First off when I had eq on my old computer the only errors i would get is out of memory errors which would boot me to desktop. Now with my new computer, I get 3 errors that have really begun to get under my skin. EQ2Application Error - Askes me to run a debug or not nothing helps even when u run the debug, this boots me to the desktop often hell I can be standing still and step away from my computer and I get the error Fatal Error - another error that boots me back to the desktop, doesn't happens as much as the eq2app error but does happen enough to get under my skin as well then thier is this problem this is the only problem that does not boot me off the [Removed for Content] game but it forces me to have to camp to the desktop and restart. I will be running around then all the sudden my camera spins around me constantly, I lose all control of where I want to go and the only way I can stop myself from spinning is if I type dialog this above all else has really pist me off to no ends. I use no joystick nor do i have one plugged in so [Removed for Content] is with this HP PAVILION a1610n AMD ANTHON 64 X2 DUAL CORE PROCESSOR 4200+ NVIDIA GeFORCE 6150 LE MEMORY 1024 MB HARD DRIVE 250 GB I was also expecting to be able to play in at least balance mode with my new system but im finding im still stuck in high performance, so can SOMEONE from SOE give me some sort of a solution to these problems

That computer is pretty good and should be able to play the game in Balanced mode. However, two things will reduce the performance: You have less than 2 GB of system memory and your video device isn't made specifically for gaming. The crash, on the other hand, is probably caused by setting the "Graphics Resolution" slider in the Performance options to something less than 0.700. Please ensure that it is set higher than 0.700 and the crashing should disappear.

![]() You mean the spinning around is not a good thing? I run a AMD Dual Core 3800, with 2 gigs of Corsair memory, Nvidia 7800 GT (not overclocked) and enough fans to cool Lavastorm all this on two SATA II drives. I also have Windows XP Pro x64 and since I installed it I get the following from time to time. 1. Sound becomes choppy and this is always followed by the spinning. 2. Spinning as if I am ball room dancing. I run a Microsoft Digital Media Pro Keyboard (latest drivers) and a Microsoft Wheel Mouse Optical (both are USB Wired) |

Hmm. The spinning thing is wierd. I mean, I get it myself but thats when I'm turning and accidently mouse over to my laptop from my desktop using multiplicity. But if you have no applications like that very strange.

i think i see your problem, i underlined it, i would recommend you go back to a 32bit version of XP unless you have some real need to use the 64bit version. |

I have been getting the spinning lately as well I find hitting shift 5 times makes a "stickykeys?" box pop up and it clears the spinning without having to restart EQ.
