Character List...

Hey Everyone,

I was just wondering how do you refresh the character list on the launch pad where you have to start the game. The list says that my character Jirus is a level 11, but actually he is level 20 in the game. So, I was just wondering how you refresh the list, not a big deal. Just wondering.

SOE has been having problems with that list showing the correct info or any info what so ever for the past month or so. The problem is on their end and there's nothing we can do about it but wait for them to fix it. Sorry.
