Help needed with Peacock Quest - I Seek Knowledge

Heya,

I'm having an issue advancing the quest "I Seek Knowledge", one of the Peacock quests. In it, you're supposed to go to the Living Tombs, find the Phar'Un Monolith, then use certain runes (Ahk, Hek, Kan, Phar and Tal) to spawn Phar'Ahkt. However, when I get to the monolith and inspect it, it does not give me the option to place any runes into it. I have the runes in my inventory, and I speak the undead language. Anyone know what's wrong here? Your help will be most invaluable and even more appreciated.

Prolly cause you have previously put the runes in it before you had the quest. I dunno but would recommend you try another monolith. Do you have EQ2maps from eq2interface.com? They show the right ones on their in game maps. If not go download it at www.maps.eq2interface.com

I do have eq2maps, im not sure if there are more than one monoliths though... i'll check it out - thanks

It was, at one point bugged. It may still be...(though I recently did this quest with no problems). Double check to make sure you have all the required runes, try zoning out and back in again, or ask a friend that's doing the quest to spawn him.

zoned in tonight and had the same issue.. was hoping that wouldn't be the case after today's update... not sure what's wrong here
