I am not tracking it closely, but been doing light hunting lately and my VIT does not seem to have moved from 9.x% since the patch, had like 80% or something before the patch though.

I've noticed that my vitality won't move up at all while offline and only goes up while online if I stay in one zone for hours. As soon as I zone, it drops back down to 8.6%. That's where my vitality wants to stay. I went most of the day yesterday not gaining experience at all, got my vitality up to 11% and as soon as I zoned...POOF...back down to 8.6%

Sorry, haven't taken any screenshots...but that's my only observation of vitality on my character.

I apologize for the delayed response on this, but I was unfortunately hit by the same SOGA related vitality loss issue that many of you experienced. I have restarted my test and am again keeping an eye on the character's vitality gain over a period of days.

I appreciate the continued input- the vitality loss players have reported when zoning (now you have it, now you don't) has come up repeatedly and I am trying to get a lock down on this specifically before sending off a bug.

I used up all my provisioner's trade vitality, took a screenie and went to work with her AFK in the trade cellar.  When I got back (10 hours later) she had just about 6%, which is right given 100% Vit gain / 168 hours=1week.On the other hand, my adventurer has been stuck at 10.6% vitality for several days now.  As Tor said, it may go up or down a bit, but between zoning (or sleeping / working) it always comes back to 10.6%.I have watched both trade/advent vitality bars at the hour mark and seen that they do go up the expected ~0.6%  (yeah yeah, I know its a bit less, but the bar doesnt easily show things to a beeeeezillion digits, okay?).

I believe this was going on before Soga was introduced.

Yeah it was, but when you make SOGA changes you lose all vitality, so Igram's saying he has had to restart his trial from zero vit.

I never use to have vitality on Grim but of late I no longer log him off and just sit him in game afk, as he is now. I always have vitality, leveling quite fast, and never grind. The vitality I gain over night and away at work the next day is huge when I stay in game, minor is I log out.

So.. it appears this major issue made it live even though it seems everyone was aware of this Obviously now once again people are "knocking" the quality of the testers on the public boards for not catching bugs that we obviously did all we could for. So I ask what more can we do as test server players to stop issues like this from going live and protecting our reputations? -Nelib

A recent update seems to have addressed vitality on Live. This should be seen on Test as well within the week- internal QA tested the fixes and found the vitality to be in working order. Of course, should you still encounter any issues after next Wednesday or so, please continue to report your findings.

As far as our reputation goes, despite our best efforts (including this community's), issues will be caught but not fully understood or addressed until it has passed onto Live. Thankfully, those who work with the community within SOE can readily see and acknowledge your efforts and contributions.
