I haven't made a newbie caster on Test yet, but I wanted to ask - what's gonna happen to all of those skills learned at your archetype/class level that scale with level? Specifically referring to warlocks as I have one on live. As far as examples go, I mean Cure Arcane, Concussive, Bind Sight, etc :smileyhappy: Anyone have info on this?

as far as i have seen you still get those basic spells that all the classes used to get. like my dirge on test still got cheap shot the basic scout stun. and i talked to a necro who had gotten bind sight still. so im sure youll still get those spells if your class normally used to

Yes, Ive started mages on test and these generic spells are granted in your early levels, much like they used to be. SMILEY

My Warlock just turned Level 9 and got Dispell Magic and See Invis -- like I am going to use any one of those in a hurry. I needed to get more offensive magic.

Have not been able to do any crafiting -- the nodes that are easily accesible were used up when I got there and with the high level mobs now there are fewer areas you can go to find nodes which means you are stuck in crafting.

Personally I like my warlock's See Invis spell. Come in very handy with all those dang scouts/hunters/ambushers and others who like to use Stealth on you :smileyhappy:

No it doesn't. See invis will NOT show you stealthed enemies/players.

I know bind sight is bit of a crappy spell but its a god send for guiding a newly joined  group member to you when you're in dungeons etc!

But i do remember my warlock dinging at one level and he got somehting like cure arcane and see invisiable and i was like "hmph!"

Actually... Bind Sight is really nice. Throw Invis on a person then Bind Sight and tell them where to go :smileyhappy: Once they're in a safe spot, have them take off invis then you go on and meet them and continue as such. I've done it before - one time in RoV helping someone get to the Glowing Black Stone updates (the clicky books in the tome rooms)
