![]() Please post your ideas on what you would like to see on Live Update #19. I'll start with a few suggestions. Guild Halls. I'll be happy with Guild Housing. If my guild can't have it's own hall, then a regular house with guild access permissions and guild name will suffice. New Types of Mounts. Rhinos. Camels. Unicorns. Battlemechs. Group Vs. Group Duels. This is something that I would personally like to see. Fishing Game. A real skill based fishing game. Because we need something else to do. Adventure Packs only last for so long. Fishing is forever. Gambling Games. No-Limit Texas Hold'Em. With bets. Same general reason for fishing.

![]() Fishing would be great :smileyhappy: There was a nice fishing system in FFXI, it just took forever to level it.

My Christmas Wish List would be that they (Sony) took some interest in armor appearances. Instead of changing "dye colors" on the armor, actually *design* some new looking chain for Tier 5 and Tier 6. They sorta did this for plate, heck even some leather got it's look a little revamped. Cloth armor could use a few more styles of robe as well. Taking an active interest in variety of appearances would be grand on Sony's part.

It would be nice to have an fp/qey trade channel. Or what about to find items while fishing?

![]() 1) Would like to see a Dev post up in the individual Class forums Moorgard said that all the dev's actually play the game. The Dev's could post up in the individual forums 1 time a week , Example : SHadowknight are forum is small and has a very concentrated group of players that mainly just post up what is wrong with are class and what needs to be fixed/tweeked , i think since game release we have had "1" Dev post int the SK forums : (, WOuld it be so hard for a Dev that plays a Shadowknight to come in read thru the shadowknight boards and Post up a seperate UNrespondable Post answering a few of the major questions as best they can even hearing things like "Working as intended" or "i'm not sure about that i'll look into it" Any acknowlegde ment on any concerns goes a Long way , they could do this 1 time a week , or once every 2 weeks, they could also post up some fun stuff about class or Even screenshots of their SK(name crossed out of course;P) 2) would also like to see the Boats AND the Underwater Zones , i know the dev's stated that they want to have underwater zones befor game release BUT they wanted to wait and do it correctly. 3) the ability to SIT in chairs , kinda tired of Kneeling in chairs, and it takes away from the RPG aspect of the game :smileysad: 4) FIX pathing Issue's ...for the love of pete... issue's pathing FIX 5) LAst but most important SINCE The SPiritSHard Removal update, and every update since i Now experiance alot of LAGG and i LD 1 time a night or more , Befor Spirit shard and other updates i had almost NO lag and i LD maybe 1 time a month CAN you please look into this ,

This may sound a little insignificant to many of you, but it would've been nice if Tartons Wheel was a secondary AND ranged weapon. Right now, it's a long long quest that requires you to collect objects from every major zone. Some in very difficult places. And after you collect them all, you're rewarded a wheel with high intelligence on it and a proc that warps you 80-100 meters away during an encounter-gone-bad and lowers the threat, thus saving your butt. Well, I just spent all this time collecting these objects (this spanned over the course of a month+ of collective gameplaying) only find that Tartons Wheel is ONLY secondary. And guess what? So is Moggock's Stein. So after all this time, you're forced to choose one over the other. Moggocks may have +2 more in Intelligence. But Tartons Wheel has that awesome proc. So yes, I went with Tartons Wheel and had to pay uber-cash to have a Pearl Orb made as my new ranged. Which mean the Stein is now sitting uselessly in my inventory (since you can't sell it).So yeah, that sort of sucks, and I think that while it would be an easy fix for EQ2, and a warranted one, they've simply over-looked it since not a lot of Mages bother to do or seem to even know about the Tartons Wheel quest. While every mage knows and covets the Stein of Moggock hq....Oh, and it'd also be nice to have something to put in our Ammo slots. -Matsumuri KomodoLevel 52 ConjurorShadowhaven Server

![]() I would love to see the pather issues resolved, too. That includes the issues with mobs disappearing into walls & becoming "unable to see target". Fallen Gate, Stormhold, Cazic Thule...only to name a few zones that I dread because I know that sooner or later I'm going to scream with frustration at the dance my groups go through when trying to pull & position properly. When I put money in the bank I'd like ALL my toons on that server with the same alignment to have access to it. I understand we have the mail system & you can call me lazy for not wanting to wait. Also, if this issue has been discussed elsewhere & explained why it cannot be implimented I apologize. |

![]() I would to see neat random quests where a house in the city was burning or wedding was being held by local nobles (food/tailoring/etc) and you could offer your crafting assistance to help NPCs in that situation out - where the experience gained and prize awarded would go toward or be something that greatly helps crafting skills. Make crafting as fun as it is for adventurers. Have NPC's that need a crafters services directly (maybe even tailor the NPC to know to ask for something the person hailing can actually do.
I would also like to see the level 50 cap be removed for players that DON'T have DoF. We just lost two very great crafters from our guild because they feel they shouldn't have to pay $30 just to be able to get thier crafting to level 60. they never adventured, only crafted. Thought I purchased DoF I'm inclined to agree, let everyone have the chance to get to level 60 - don't see DoF for that, let DoF stand on its own merits. |

"Ironwood furniture is way overdue." How about any kind of rare T6 furniture? There's still no word about the T6 advanced Carpenter books...

![]() Well my wish list is some varied armor meshes/models AND graphics, across all tiers, for all classes. Specifically, why is it that mages, who wear cloth, ALL wear a full robe? What's the point? The same robe should look different when worn by a necromancer vs an illusionist. And by good vs evil. Some varied models would be nice for light, medium and plate, as well (though I don't play a plate-wearing class, and rarely a light-wearing class, just very light and medium). Why can we not see the various body art we were careful picking at creation (for applicable races)? /showarms or somesuch command would be nice. Generally, I'd like to see some more attention to the visuals of the avatars we play. It'd be cool if, one day, we don't all look, basically, the same. |

Please dear god add in level 60 armor quests ( T6.5/7 stats ). If not now please make sure its in the expansion for level 70. Make the quests hard and drawn out. Spend signifigant time on making them look good. ( current level 20 AQ revision is a good start, but make it even better, )

Please make LU19 another summoner patch. Even more pet graphics are needed. Also I would like to equip my pet in gear like EQ1. Thank you.

Guild halls would be great - but I'm willing to wait for an expansion for those since doing them RIGHT will take some effort (as long as the expansion has boat rides and sea battles too yar!).#1 want: Access to YOUR vault in someone ELSE's room.#2 want: A mount that doesn't make my Ratonga look like he broke his pelvis when he rides it.That is all.

I second the Armor dye motion. Assassins should wear black and while you're at it .. make that fluff spell the one that looks like clouds of bugswhilring around I dont even remember the name it sucks so bad look like somesort of real concealing cloud or shadows so we dont look like pigpen from the snoopycomics.:smileymad:Nikodimuslvl 60 AssassinNajena

I agree... I know games requrie more and more design time, what with more polys and higher res, but EQ2's MOST disappointing department is the art team BY FAR is you ask me. Now they probably have alot of work on their plate, but its crazy the amt of overuse of armor and pet textures, they are finally catching up a bit, but they need more robes and all so keep on doing that. Also more furniture, better furniture... NO MORE MEAT BUCKETS! I would like a few more new house maps. Better yet, let T6 carpenter's build houses. Have 'generic X room' for sale in cities, and let carpenter pick which 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 rooms to use. Message Edited by Gargamel on 12-19-2005 02:28 PM

for one, armour diversity/dyes... we all look the same. This is a definate thing on the list. but closely following this, fix assassins for the love of god, I should not be hitting berserker dps! Or hell, even monk/bruiser. Assassins are just that, assassins, we're sposed to deal dmg & have no real group spells cept apply poison...
