I was in the Peat Bog the other day, trying to avoid the trolls that lurk there, waiting for an opportunity to aggravate any that cross their paths. Luckily for me, and the entire community, we are protected by two very fine and noble guards...But sometimes, the long hours of tirelessly battling the scum of society and protecting the innocent takes its toll on our protectors. So much time spent in such close proximity to each other, sometimes tensions rise and tempers start to flare...On this day, insults were exchanged and accusations of named camping and kill stealing were thrown around...Soon, our two heroes were embroiled in an epic struggle, that only one could emerge from intact. Their honor was at stake...Having two such powerful forces battling right before my eyes was truly a sight to behold. Their powers and abilities were unfathomable to a mere mortal such as myself...I feel honored to have been a witness to the greatest battle in the history of Norrath. One that finally answered the age-old question that has troubled the greatest sages who ever lived....Who is more powerful, Moorgard or Blackgard?Moorgard: "There is nothing to see here, move along."MeredithKithicor Server

Oh, my, God.  I could not stop laughing as I followed this titanic battle.

One finds themselves wondering though, exactly what insult (real or imagined) could so enrage one of Qeynos' finest into drawing steel and doing battle with a fellow defender.  I suppose we will never know, though the imagination will surly get a work out trying to figure it out...

A clear sign that Antonia manipulates her guards through their drinking water and food supply. The mind altering drugs that keep them from questioning her orders is causing them to go crazy with time, and other guards such as those near the Oracle Tower are also lashing out in anger.

Actually, I think that's how the fight started in the first place. Only the first picture was staged, the whole fight happened without my help. When they were standing right next to each other, a troll wandered too close and both of them attacked it. During the fight, something Guard Black did healed the troll and got aggro from Guard Moor, so after the troll died, they turned on each other. I just happened to be standing right there when it happened.MeredithKithicor server

You realise that Moorgard and Blackgard are really one entity, experiencing itself subjectively? The true name is Bloorgard, here they are in their natural form:

I've had this happen in fights occasionally from beta and onward into Kingdom of sky. The skill in question is the ferocious charge line (guardian) where sometimes I would use this particular combat art line and instead of doing damage, it would heal the mob for 1 HP. This is something that only recently started happening in Beta. Any explanation of this would be much appreciated.

Alas, this epic battle is an ongoing struggle resulting from Blackguard's blatant ignoring of his responsibility in the Sig Maker forums.  Way to go, Moorguard!  Tell him what time it is!
