Condemning blade ... do you use?

When i got this skill i was disappointed at the extra 75scc refresh timeso i continue to use Elaa's perforating whatever the adept ii upgrade tothe last one ( i never remember spell names )Have an adept for condemning but dont notice any thing significant to justifythe longer refresh

i'm not quite there yet, but i think some have said they keep using elaa's until high enough lvl where condemning makes sense dps-wise. not sure at what lvl it makes sense though.

Yup at 38-40 especially it makes more sense to use elaa's since cb is still orange con and barely better than assassin's blade. As you progress through the 40s though and cb starts to scale as you approach its mastery then it becomes more powerful by a large margin so I tend to use it now over elaa's.

I used Ella's until I had my adept3 Condeming Blade made.

Well seeing as how i am 23 percent from obtaining condemning blade and at lvl 37 i dropped 75g on the components for an adept III condemning blade. .. i hope its worth it. Like the poster above said it will be very nice in the coming levels, especially at adept III, so thats cool. Im just missing my 75g seeing as how it was a large margin of the very first plat i ever made! I have a feeling it will be worth it in the future tho SMILEY

Max hit I ever got with Ella's was 1890, same Lv when I scribed CB adept3 I was hitting for 2.1k+ currently at 2267 abouts ~

wow elvar thankyou thankyou for that information. I have dreamed of breaking 2k since i picked up assassin's blade at level 24 and you have just lifted my hopes. =) . I just love being in a group with a damage parser running and seeing me at the top of the list HH: Repgunt 1444 Ellas Perforating Slice. Althought the 75 seconds added to Condemning blade is a bit depressing (or was it 45 seconds) o well. . .

Well for me it doesnt really matter that the timer is a bit longer. I dont use it every time it pops. Ill save it for a double up mob.. and make sure I land all my debuff's so I know Im getting the most out of it.

* Dont get me wrong tho' if it had a shorter timer, Id spam it every chance I got, but for now.. I have to make sure its worth it =) *

Oh, yeah Elvar i totally aggree, for the most part i will save Ella's for the tougher mobs. And i NEVER EVER use it without getting all my debuffs are, at beginning of every encounter i spam every debuff i have (including master strikes they debuff AC) and if mob is about to go down by the time im done with debuffs, i save Ella's for another time. . .
