Well I only tried my brig as for raiding in Clockwork Menace yesterday..Trick of the zone is that once you kill a mob some others pop instantly and on 2nd trash we had a named popping right after death of trashmob..that named you can joust really cause it pops on with memwipe and make you eat an aoe for sure..ok we all wiped a few times before killing him but for me the fight wasnt fun..reflexes i never could rely as many have said plus a mob having mana drain, cold AND heat AoEs make it far worse to arrange app. resist gear.. heck i never had bid on good resist jewelery since i always preffered jewelery with better stats..until then reflexes was procing in fair good amount tbh but those 5 secs are no way reliable.. all my guildies had resists around 7-8k and i had to change most of my good gear to reach those numbers..7-8 are no way enough it seems as agra said..and please change reflexes to 15 sec or smthng like that, 5 secs is A REAL JOKE and on its description is says, dispels once target gets damage, so damage shielding mobs would dispell it rightaway.. so we are not immune for those [Removed for Content] 5 seconds anyway..

![]() Well, I did fine in Clockwork Menace Factory, get it at Master I and put the 5 AA's into, you can get the proc rate up to 38% (Adept I with no AA's is 23%), however I do agree a 7-10 second duration would be much more useful compared to 5, I believe 15 would be too much. ![]() i would be fkn exstatic to get 10 sec ! oh and to get it proccing a bit more than once an hour would be nice too .. or hell just give us the assassin version speaking off assassin why did they get cool aas when ours suck ![]() ![]()

![]() Hi Did the clockwork menace also yesterday - was a horrible experience to be honest 1st AOE spammed CA's on the raid aoe inc call in 10 seconds - AR proc'd then went off just as AOE hit - almost dead 2nd AOE saved all CA's, spammed everything on AOE call - no proc 3rd AOE see 1st AOE In the end i gave up on it and stuck to jousting, there is NO FUN at all staring at the maintained spells window and looking through squinted eyes amongst all the other procs to see if AR has actually proc'd. I spent most of the fights trying to dps, debuff and stare at my maintained spell bars Regardless of proc chance, 5 seconds is just ridiculous, its an utter complete waste of time and its much better and safer to not even bother with AR anymore Its off my toolbar until it becomes remotely useful and no i aint wasting my AA's on an extra proc chance when the duration of it, is absolutely ridiculuous. Also given that if you catch an uncureable DOT it wont work anyway This has nothing to do with skill at all - its pure luck and to boot on a ridiculous timer. Such is life , i aint ever quitting my brigand, he pawns but will raid without AR in the future |

![]() I've been testing around the new AR as well - although without the AA points yet. But I can pretty much say that, there is no single element of skill included like Lockeye said there to be in one of his posts (Not sure if it was on beta board) about timing your CA's - it seems to be more of a luck than anything else. First off the proc rate seems way lower than what it should be (maybe its more reliable with AA's), several times when I have fired 14 or 15 CA's in order to trigger it but without any luck. Secondly - with the duration lowered to 5secs, well good luck with timing it with the AE's... Even with good AE calling the chances are high that the proc ends before the mob even launches any sort of AE that is if you manage to trigger the effect. Also the first mob at Freethinkers hideout seemed to fire the AE's right through the AR effect more than a few times, which I found quite odd as none of the damage as direct - suppose it has something to do with the DOT component there. I'll just start by saying, i agree, as a proc theres no skill to its use anymore, at least before you have to be very carefull watching your agro, as a porc = useless. We did Clockwork Menace last night & i had np with any of the AE's & my dps stayed in the 1000-1500 range so wasn't losing any dps, myself i just stayed in every AE no jousting few of AE hit me into the yellow or red but was healed by the group healer right away. To be total honest i would much rather them change AR into an haste/dps proc & have our FD AE avoid made into a normal CA or moved to where pickpocket aa is now just swap those 2 aa would be fine.

![]() if you were getting summoned, thats a direct target aoe. its based on the hate list. thats why it was going through AR if it was up.

the summon yes (which is followed by an aoe poison dot), but the brigand said he was not getting summoned, also his poision aoe is really short like less than 10m, so he shouldn't be getting hit with that, but the breaking of the vase may have gone through ar, which may be a bug or may be intentional.

![]() A vase breaking next to me is a possibility, however I can't check that from anywhere to be sure. I'll try to see if I can get any results on the next run at freethinkers about the vase theory.

![]() i say making AR as a sucking mana buff will be good , then we will know when to use it random + 5 sec is just rubbish , devs please delete this spell if you planning to leave it like this
