![]() Fact or myth? You get no further auto-attack benefit from haste, once your effective weapon delay drops below 1.0.

.7 is min delay... you do not get the FULL benefit of haste with a 1.0 weapon. You must have a delay or either 1.4 or 1.6 i cant remember. But 1.0 does own inspiration!

Myth. The devs have stated that there is no lower bound to weapon delay. However, at a certain point you weapon becomes so fast that combat arts will interfer with your auto attack damage effectively turning delays below 1 to be approximately equal to 1 if you spam combat arts.

This is true, /weaponstat with a weapon in game, it will show you your current attack speed and such. .7 is minimum, if you have a 1.0 delay weapon with 100% haste, your not at .5, your at .7...

If it IS true, then it needs to be /bugged. Developers have repeatedly stated that there is no lower bound on weapon delay.

So, with the 200% haste thingy I guess with a 1.0s delay you'll be getting .375. But...I'm guessing they round things so it'll probably be more like .4 but, who can know for certain now.

![]() The new cap will be 125%... so.... I suck doing math.... a 1sec weap will hit every 0,4?

Minimum delay is .7 isn't it?
IIRC, this was intentional. |

![]() Right Hand of the High Priestess (1.0 delay) at 100% haste using /weaponstats is .7 delay. Qeynos Kilij (1.6 delay) at 100% haste using /weaponstats is .8 delay As of 11/2/06

Post by Aeralik Of course, I expect /weaponstats is more accurate than the developers own knowledge of their systems, so there you go.

![]() This should be bugged then. If I had the RHotHP I would bug it myself. The only reason I can see for the min delay design wise would be for 100% procs. Since Sailwind allows us to have 0.4 cast times and 0.4 recovery times there should be no game mechanics minimum preventing us from going below 0.7 delay (ie the timer precision is built into the game).
