Swashbuckler skills bugged in LIve UPdate 5

Specifically False Bravado and Shadowslip.

For some reason i'll have these skills kinda fade out on a "failed" use and not be usuable again until I zone.

Not...good... Probably two of my most important skills, haste and aggro reduction.

Aye some of my skills dont work sometimes too for example flurry of blows which must be a successive 3 times attack but it fails to do so ending up with either 2 attacks or 1 ...

For what it's worth, the description of swarthy distraction still doesn't match nearly everybody's observations. That is, it's fairly commonly agreed (universally?) among us swashbucklers that swarthy distraction has a limited number of procs, and a less than 100% chance to proc when you've been hit. Which is fine, it works well -- but the description mentions neither of these tidbits, even though for other classes with procs and reactive procs, this kind of thing is usually mentioned.

I had this problem last night with Lie in Wait. I was sneaking around, then stopped to pick up a collection item. The stealth broke, and applied the special effects to me like normal. But when I went to recast Lie in Wait, it was permanently greyed out. I had to switch to bootleg until I zoned.

We'll see today if it is fixed. Haste was like this last night. Use it once then couldn't use it again.

Just /bug it. The whole Shadow Slip line, plus others are affected. And it's not just Swashbucklers. It's a big issue at the moment with LU5.
