So I decided to respec from wis to str line and let me tell you, it makes a huge differece. My pet regularly parses 70k-100k healing per raid night when im in the main tank group. The next 3 nights im going to parse and ill get some screen shots up of just how valuable this aa line really is...

In MT group, Aura of Warding usually does 8-10% of my heals for the raid.  Except in AoA, where the dog cant avoid the AOE.

Ritual is better though IMO.I'm going to complete my Aura of Warding, and then start down the WIS line; Symbols FTW!!Just wondering, are there any fairly common not ludricously priced One Handed spears ???

I never raided without this AA, for a defiler in a MT group (except in Ascent) it a must have, aura of warding rank8 with the spiritual forsight ( 80% of ours AA are based on our pet, without spiritual forsight your other AA are useless). For the second line, I choosed int, debuff at rank 8 (-12% all stats on the mob, proc at 100%) and buff resist at rank 5 ( +500 all resist for the MT = less resist stuff, more mitigation/avoidance stuff). I dislike wis line since I rarely use my direct heals, and I'm already capped wis without this AA line.I tryed agi line for the critics but, but that not work on the wards, so it's useless for me.

I picked Ritual myself and love it. On every major named I'll cast it on a druid before a pull.

A hasted druid is perfect for dealing with the spike damage on pulls, and the 30 seconds is more than enough time for the raid to get it's debuffs in. After that its cake.

As shaman were not the fastest casters when it comes to wards/heals. Giving ritual to other healers is a godsend when things start to go sour. Too bad we cant use it on ourselves...

This is incorrect: Criticals do affect wards. The ward size will increase 15% on a critical cast. At 18% heal critical chance, I get a fair amount of mileage out of heal crits.
