I just realized when I was looking for damage spells on the broker to add to my list, that it looks like all our DoT's now do the same damage on every tick as on the initial damage. Since I cooked up that spreadsheet of our damage spells, I have all the values as they were (must be live update 9 that changed it I guess). Here are a few examples: Cleansing Flames Adept III before: 129-158 + 96-117 on each tick Cleansing Flames Adept III after   : 130-159 + 130-159 on each tick same power cost Torment Adept III before: 72-88 + 53-65 on each tick Torment Adept III after   : 72-88 + 72-88 on each tick same power cost Merciless Invocation Adept I before: 44-54 + 35-43 on each tick Merciless Invocation Adept I after   : 45-55 + 45-55 on each tick same power cost Symbol of Corruption was buffed as well as others have noted, but I attributed that to the fact that it didn't scale at all, and had pitiful damage. Our lower lvl versions of these spells have the same "issues", I won't bother to list them all. Check my list, and compare with your current spells and see for yourself. All values in that list are pre-LU9. Has anyone seen anything anywhere about this? While I would love the change, I really want to know if it was intentional before I update my list :smileytongue:

Had to check if this was a display bug. Here's a log parse of one round of Cleansing Flames on a lvl37 huptic fetcher: [Wed Jun 01 00:42:29 2005] You blast A Huuptic fetcher with cleansing flames! [Wed Jun 01 00:42:29 2005] YOUR Cleansing Flames hits a Huuptic fetcher for 116 points of heat damage. [Wed Jun 01 00:42:34 2005] YOUR Cleansing Flames hits a Huuptic fetcher for 123 points of heat damage. [Wed Jun 01 00:42:40 2005] YOUR Cleansing Flames hits a Huuptic fetcher for 119 points of heat damage. [Wed Jun 01 00:42:45 2005] YOUR Cleansing Flames hits a Huuptic fetcher for 121 points of heat damage. [Wed Jun 01 00:42:50 2005] YOUR Cleansing Flames hits a Huuptic fetcher for 132 points of heat damage. [Wed Jun 01 00:42:50 2005] The flames sputter and die out As you can see, all the ticks are higher than the values Cleansing Flames had for each tick before LU9, and the values listed are pre-mitigation, so it's clear that we have been stealth buffed :smileyhappy: (I checked our other DoT's as well, all are buffed)

Actually despite what it said there that it would always tick for the initial damage every time.  They just corrected this display issue, the lower damage never happened.

*blush* Should have considered that I suppose. Thanks! Oh well, at least I got some logs to prove that our DoT's don't their final tick :smileytongue:
