Inquisitor question:)

Hi!Level 18 dark elf cleric here....What level do I have to be to start/complete the subclass quest to become an Inquisitor?I just did the Shin ree part in Wailing Caves and did the turn in. Mizzog then gave me the necromancer part.If I do it now, will I get credit and beome and inquistor or should I wait till I am 19 or 20?Thanks in advance for any help you can give!*hugs*Toye, Level 18 clericProud member of The OrderAntonio Bayle

You can finish the entire quest at 18 (I did). That way as soon as you ding to 20 you will become an inquisitor.

Aye, you can do the entire quest with 18.

It requires quite a bit of taktiks to survive the 3 waves, but its absolutley possible.
If its getting dangerous, you can zone out and repeat. So try and find a way to solve the problem

yea u can do it at 18th lvl i did it, it was a tough fight. Alot a tanking invovled and takes along time

I find it absolutely impossible to survive the last encounter, even after casting Soothing Sermon and Bestowal of Vitae on myself, medding back to 100% power and health then engaging the Necro. Between him, his 2 skellies and his pet I get the living s**t kicked out of me and have to zone out (11 out of 11 tries now). I have all App II or higher spells and manage the fight expertly. I even get the 1st shots off and of course concentrate solely on the Necro (since I'm certain the encounter ends when he dies). It's when he silences me that I'm in trouble because I can no longer cast and voila...in 9secs I'm in the red on health every single solitary time at lvl 19 and buffed with top gear. Please explain.

 

[edited in] I am Sarnon on Innothule btw, send me a tell or leave a PM here in Forums because frankly, I flat out cannot get past this encounter despite 11 tries in a row (on Christmas Day no less, lol). Please help if possible...not even Mark of Pawns, Weakness and/or Rebuke are helping me nor is spamming offensive damage spells w/melee. I simply cannot win once he silences me magically for 18-20secs.

Cake...I didn't realize I could take the last [3rd] set of skellies down then regenerate before attacking the Necro (leaving just me, him and his stupid dog...er spider...too).

Just hang by the door, pull a wave.kill, med.

 

pull the next ones near the door..kill..med

 

Pull the last ones..kill..med...

 

Pull the Nec, do not panic, he will stop you from casting...kill..all done.

 

It's not too hard if you take your time.

 

If you do not know about "maintained buffs" window, please get it up.  Makes life so much easier.  No more guesswork when BoV is done.  (not towards Sarnon, but to healers in general)
