Hey all,

I just hit 40 with my dark elf necro on Antonia Bayle (highest EQ2 char so far) and I'm kinda stumped about what to do next.  I know DOF is good for exp and leveling up / questig 45 + so how do I make the most efficient progress possible between 40 and 45?  What zones should I hunt in?  Any particular mobs?  Basically just looking a advice or other tips on getting to the good stuff (higher end content.)  Back in EQ1, CR site had lots of class leveling guides that were great.  I haven't seen very many of the same for EQ2.  Any ideas?  Thanks!

Everfrost, Feerrott, Rivervale, Lavastorm, Splitpaw, higher end Bloodlines, very deep Runnyeye, those are all places you can hunt between level 40 and 45.

Also you don't need to wait to 45+ to go to DoF, you can go there at 42/43 and those lvls will fly.

I personally love the Feerrott, so I stayed there doing many quests until about level 42-43 then started hunting on the beach in the Sands after that doing some of the quests there.

Also, if you're bored and cant get a group, i reccomend going to zones/areas you havent been yet and just exploring to get xp and AAxp.  I got the last 50% xp (including lvl 42, and also an AA) from exploring Maj'Dul, Everfrost, and Lavastorm (the last two while invis.)  If you do that though, watch out in the first half of Lavastorm, some of the goblins can see invis and are a pain to go around.  And dont jump in the lava ^_^

My twink just went through these levels and I did:

40-45 Ferrot quests

45-50 SS quests

50-53 Clefts solo mobs

53+ Maybe MD quests and PoF quests... still there.

Quests are a fun route because you can get items or money and extra quest exp.  Plus all the AA exp from doing blue quests.
