Question about a term

not really familiar with the term Respec as it refers to necros can someone please explain what it means as i see it used alot as far as cetain level spells and what you choose at certain level, any information and explanation would be greatly apprecited

/respec is a command that resets your traits, training skills, etc, allowing you to repick them. They usually only give them out when a big change hits the servers, and it's been promised that we will be getting one with the new combat revamp.
