Well, after reading through the Xalmat's greats post with all the details on the AAs,  I think my AA picks would be:

The no brainer (for me at least):

Enhance: Snapping Mandibles (5)
Enhance: Fiery Annihilation (5)
Enhance: Deluge (5)
Enhance: Calcify (5
Enhance: Seismic Tremor (5)
Enhance: Shattered Terrain (5)
Unabate: (1)

That burns up 31 points, leaving 19
Then I really want that Blazing Avatar 2 (for 6 points).  Two possible ways to do that:

Method1 (minimum points used):

Enhance: Geotic Seal  (3)
Enhance: Scinitilla (4)
Enhance: Blazing Avatar 2 (6)

Leaving me with 6 points which I would probably put use to finish max out Geotic Seal and pickup Enhance: Earth Pet (which I use alot for soloing)

Method2 (more expensive)

Enhance: Restore Servant (3)
Cure Elemental (6)
Enhance: Blazing Avatar 2 (6)

Leaving me with 4 points which I would seriously consider using for Enhance: Intervention (I use this spell ALOT while raiding)

Not sure which method I'll use yet to finish using up my points.  But overall, I like what I see in the new AA choices...

Hmm, not sure yet, and they may still change the AAs after live. Not decided the order or anything yet, but maybe something like this:Snapping Mandibles - 5Fiery Annhilation - 5Deluge - 5Shattered Terrain - 5Unabate - 1I'll probably skip calcify and seismic tremor, at least at firstEnhance Earth pet : 5I'll try to avoid the useless shard enhacement unless I for some reason decide to go for Bubble (very undecided atm with the crappy version that is now), but maybe something like this:Geotic Seal (5 ..probably)Enhance : restore servant - 3cure elemental (3 points)Blazing Avatar 2 (6 points)Elemental Vestment - 5If I decide to go for Bubble, I'd have to fill up with ...well, whatever, both shards, ember seed and the damage shield AAs suck hard, so would take whatever needed. If I dont go that way, I'll probably take vehement gem and something else.Appren Hightowerr - 70 Conjuror, TuT Legacy - Runnyeye

Don't rule out the buggy [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] heal pet just yet...Right now it lowers hate gain of non-fighters in the RAID by 10%... that's huge.It also chain heals and buffs... not bad. It's supposed to be a secondary pet, not the primary. When it works it might be farking sweet.

How do you know? On the last night of Beta, Possess Minion didn't even work for it.

If the water pet can be up with a primary pet, it just skyrocketed to high priority on my list.

I talked with a Dev on this one...It is supposed to be a secondary pet. In fact, it says "You can't possess a non-primary pet!" when you try to possess it.It was /bugged and will likely be fixed asap. (in fact, right NOW on beta it can't be up with a primary pet =)

Hydromancer a secondary pet? That would be soooooooooooo huge. But it would give me a very hard decision because bubble and unabate also sound very nice.

If the hydromancer is a secondary pet that can be cast with the main (not a dumbfire) then i'm all over it SMILEY

Edit :  Just wanted to add that if it's a true secondary pet and has some heals to it then it can/will draw aggro of it's own.  The pet probably has less HP's than a fresh twinkie and will die right away but the extra heals solo/group would be welcomed by me.

Hmm, not sure about hydro pet. If it's secondary, it'll most likely die in any AE, since Bubble should work on primary pet only (according to description). Latest reports from EoF raids referred to raid wide AEs quite much.So for now I am still in the Bubble/Unabate branch (still working out how it'll look specificly for me), with the rest of the points going into Intervention I think.

Yea, but as far as having to recast it, it's a 2.5 second caster. The part that we've yet to determine is if it's still bugged...If it works as intended, it'll be uber. The thing about bubble is that is basically amounts to the pet not being able to attack through the AE, even the mage pet. (Which will cast DoT's and continue up hostile actions through the AE, even backed off.)Time will tell, I suppose. They put a lot of things into effect before the game went live. I'll have the pet this weekend at the latest and will let everyone know...

So what's the deal with this Healer pet?  Primary or Secondary???.

From what I understand atm it is a primary pet that CAN be posseded and will ONLY cast healing spells (no buffs or HP Regen). It will heal outside of group (ie Raid) though. It can NOT be sent into battle and will NOT attack any targets.

As a secondary pet it would be ok. But currently as a primary pet we lose way way too much DPS to make it worth while.

Can any please confirm if this will be changed to a secondary pet????

Does anyone know if the enhance: spiked earth AA is also used on Word of Force (Splitpaw spell) since it is on the same timer?

Enhance Air 5

Enhance Fire 5

Enhance Earth 5

Enhance Pet Summoning 5

Plane Shift 1

Hydromancer 1

Enhance Seal 5

Enhance Scintilla 5

Enhance  Blazing 6

Enhance Elemental Vestment 5

Bubble 1

44 total.  I am kinda liking the idea of becoming a serious utility player.  I like adding onto the buffs, and 10 seconds off of shard is an 8 minute shard hand out over a 12 minute one.  That wins without a question.  The Buffs, I went Quellious for the power or the mez, or th deaggro cloak.  I dunno, I really can't think of another conjuror going Quelious and trying to rack up the buffs on AAs.  That's also why I'm going Hydromancer.  I'm PRAYING that the Devs realize our pets aren't going to scale properly with the new caps, and make Hyromancer a really great addition.

Also, note.  On 55AA, I will report in when I get a feel.  I went 12% on Mage pet resist reduction.  We'll see when I do some raiding this weekend.

I think I can make all that, at least at one point, I thought I could lol.

5 second.

The mage pet will finish its current cast after being backed off.  Once that is done, it isn't going to start casting again.  Dot ticks do not count as hostile actions.

Hydromancer providing raid-wide heals and hate reduction as well as being a secondary pet?  Very unlikely.

Forgive me if I'm skeptical about extraordinary claims made by someone who has proven to be rather misinformed.

As for the original post, here's my plan (in no particular order):

5 - Geotic Seal
5 - Scintilla
6 - Blazing Avatar
4 - Elemental Vestment
1 - Bubble

5 - Snapping Mandibles
5 - Fiery Annihilation
5 - Deluge
5 - Shattered Terrain
1 - Unabate

42 total.

For the rest, some combination of fire pet, pyromancy, seismic, and calcify.  I want to see what fire pet resists are like with unabate before deciding whether the aa is worth having.  After that, I'll have to run some numbers to see whether I like seismic better than pyromancy.

I'm guessing I'll be taking 5 seismic and 3 fire pet.

21 AA's for a primary pet that doesn't really heal that well (also you have no control over who it is healing) and we lose ALLOT of our DPS. This pet does no DPS remember. Not sure this would be a choice many Conjurors would make. As a secondary pet as it currently is it would be reasonable. Think I would rather take a fury with me.  They heal right????    SMILEY

I'm a slacker and am only about to ding 68.I have a bunch of quests to turn in and a few nearing completion... as well MM Catacombs to explore and Clockwork to raid tonight...I will let you know ASAP.Also, to correct Badge, the confirmed cast time is 2.5 seconds. (If necessary I can post a screenshot.)DoT damage does in fact cause Bubble to fall off. (IE same as hostile actions of DoT's break mez)And the pet will be overpowered if it is a secondary pet, underpowered if it isn't. (Unless greatly improved.) So we will see. Don't try and correct people when you're blatantly in the wrong. Thanks.

If I were you, I would have actually done the "confirming" part before making this claim.

I actually tested this in beta.  Dot ticks do not cause bubble to drop.  Oh and by the way, the air pet also has a dot.

Negative. (That decreases by 3 seconds)I'll try when I get home taking off my 5% reduction ring (Ring of the Four Winds) and see if it's bugged. Might be it... Right now I'm speed casting down to Unabate line. (Respec'd to up DPS for now)

I kinda wanted to try out the new pet, which by the time I save up the points, I hope they have it fixed. Then after that, a little bit of everything. I probably wont be doing too much raiding, just duo-ing with my gf's conjy, with my tank pet up mostly, and her mage/scout pet up. Here is how I am planning on spending my points in the Conjuror tree:

Enhance: Earth Pet (5)
Enhance: Fire Pet (4)
Enhance: Air Pet (4)
Enhance: Pyromacy (3)
Enhance: Aqueous Horde (3)
Enhance: Plane Shift (1)
Hydromancer (1) - 21 points

Enhance: Sooth Servant (5)
Enhance: Geotic Seal (3) - 8 points

Enhance: Snapping Mandibles (5)
Enhance: Fiery Annihilation (4)
Enhance: Deluge (4)
Enhance: Siesmic Tremor (3)
Enhance: Shattered Ground (3)
Enhance: Calcify (1)
Unabate (1) - 21 points

If I find I have no use for the water pet, will probably respec more into the utility/damage lines, but thats my idea off the bat.

After thinking this over WAAAYY too much (there are SO many good skills in our line... it hurts to not put more of them into skills that would help me solo and instead opt for the skills that will help my DPS as a raider :smileysad: ), I think this is going to be my setup.

From a raiding standpoint:
Enhance Snapping Mandibles 5 - 5 pts
Enhance Fiery Annihilation 5 - 10 pts
Enhance Deluge 5 - 15 pts
Enhance Seismic Tremor 5 - 20 pts
Enhance Shattered Terrain 5 - 25 pts
Enhance Calcify 5 - 30 pts
Unabate - 31 pts

Enhance Geotic Seal 3 - 34 pts
Enhance Scintilla of Essence 3 - 37 pts
Enhance Blazing Avatar 2 - 43 pts

Then either:
A.
Enhance Fire Pet 3 - 46 pts
Enhance Pyromancy 4 - 50pts

or B.
Enhance Elemental Vestment 5 - 48 pts
Bubble - 49 pts

Then throw that other point into Geotic Seal
