I pulled this from another thread and thought it was neat to see how our class stacks up across all servers: WOOT we aint last! Paladin 21056 Guardian 20463 Templar 20131 Wizard 17016 Berserker 15343 Ranger 14691 Shadow Knight 12698 Fury 12093 Monk 11761 Mystic 11415 Iniquisitor 10865 Conjuror 10242 Necromancer 9406 Assassin 8998 Warden 8925 Defiler 7301 Swashbuckler 7148 Warlock 6679 Illusionist 5608 Dirge 5188 Troubador 5088 Bruiser 4777 Coercer 3998 Brigand 3078

That's funny Nibbles... the ironic thing is that my original EQ2 char (abandoned at lvl 13) was a brigand. LOL Boy I can really pick em.

![]() Yep thats pretty much what I can see on Nektulos as well Altouth I have couple interesting questions ... Bruiser and Warlock - 2 classes that as it stand today are top of the food chain for DPS and still they very very low on char counters (heh imf both my twinks are warlock and bruiser) - why ppl dont playing em? Paladins are on top the list but imo they most gimped tanks in game - absolutely worst - I'll take paladin as a tank only if I cannt find guardian, sk or berserker (in that order actually) Fury - pretty danm high on the list but ... they are most gimped healers - wardens A LOT better So I guess what I am trying to say altouth this list reflect sujective popularity of classes its not nessesary reflect true power

The numbers per subclass have very very little to do with the actual pecking order of sublasses. If you stand back a bit you will see that 'good' variations of classes are much more popular than 'evil' variations. [The only exception to this is fury/warden. I wonder if I made a mistake with one of these counts.] Further, subclasses perceived to be simple to play and powerful are more popular than stand at the back and do clever things subclasses.
About the only thing that is clear is that most players do not read these boards and choose their characters on factors which have little to do with relative power of subclasses. BTW if you add the numbers (or go chase down the other thread in the Splitpaw server area) you will find that the smallest class is enchanter. |

Fury and Warden are both Neutral. I have a Freeport-based Warden as my alt. A friend of mine is a Freeport-based Fury. I think Fury just sounds cooler, or maybe that people thought it would be more versatile because it's less a pure healer (i.e. might be more soloable).

![]() Nah Sayn not likely ![]() About master ![]() I have binging light (useless at my lvl), Withering silence (very usefull at raid lvl for power drain), Muddled Thinking (190-233/76 power vs. 194-237/101 power Seizure), Devouring Toughts (drain 52 power/4.8s from mob ... tower tap is still sucks but for power drain purpose its good)... But once again I am Pling my warlock so most masters will go warlock not to coercer
