So, to a question about Null Caress Ive seen here before but never really answered. So, Adept3 is 91% Snare (decrease movement) and Master1 is 104% Snare.I dont mean the 2 sec stun on the spell, Im talking about the snareeffect.Question: Do the mobs stay on the place they were teleported to for the 10 sec duration of the Snare with Master1?

I guess, it goes backwards at 4% he heNo, I don't know, but to me 100% is a "total maximum" and you can't go above that, not without having additional effects to it.

Walk away I never claimed to think, just wanted to know if they stopped at their teleport point cause of the 104% decrease movement. SMILEYIn other words, upgrading from Adept 3 to Master 1 is useless? If they would stand on the same spot they were ported to for 10 secs this spell would be kinda good, soloingcase.

Wizard's AE snare is 104% at adept 3, and from comparing it to my frigid winds which is 75% at adept 3, it seems there is a cap. Maybe not at exactly 75%, but its not far from it.

in my opinion, this spell would actually have some real usefulness if it didn't getthe warlock aggro.   Think of it as an "oh [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn]" spell, and if you're positioned in a ranged fight and someone gets aggro during a raid against a mob with and aoe, or a mob that explodes after 20 secs ;p, you could cast it, move them away, and give the tank some more time to pick them up.  I still use it in that scenario, but it usually results in my subsequent death.  But still, better just me, then the whole raid...I guess ;p

Sometimes a mob has its own speed buffs.  If a mob is at 130%, casting it would bring it to a 26% run speed (supposedly atleast)
